Spring 2008 Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities
NASDCTEc is pleased to extend an invitation for your organization to serve as a sponsor of our 2008 Spring Meeting in Washington D.C. at the Hilton Washington. The meeting will take place March 29 – April 2, 2008. We hope you are able to join us. The registration and hotel reservation deadline is Friday, February 18, 2008. For more information, visit the 2008 Spring Meeting home page.
Below is a document that contains information on our sponsorship levels and a sponsor sign up form. Due to consistently positive feedback, we will continue to offer studios. Studio opportunities are offered on March 30 and 31. There are only three small meeting rooms available and they cost $400 each day in addition to your sponsorship fee. These rooms will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

For those of you who may be joining us for the first time, what is a studio? A "studio" is an opportunity for sponsors to hold small meetings during our meeting. Platinum and diamond level sponsors would be eligible for a ‘studio’. Attendees will schedule an appointment with a sponsor in their ‘studio.’ The appointments can be made either before the meeting (which we strongly encourage) or on-site. We will send out an electronic communication to the membership inviting them to schedule an appointment in the studio. You will need to submit an invitation for us to send out on your behalf. We believe the studio will allow sponsors more focused, meaningful interaction with meeting participants.
