Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received in writing by close of business Friday, August 15, 2008. Cancellations received beginning Saturday, August 16, 2008 – Monday, August 25, 2008 will be assessed a penalty fee of one-half the registration fee. Cancellations received beginning Tuesday, August 26, 2008 will result in no refund and the registrant is fully responsible for the registration fee if not already paid.
