Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received by Tuesday, February 20, 2007. Cancellations received between Wednesday, February 21 - Monday, March 5, 2007 will be refunded the registration fee paid minus a $75 penalty. Cancellations received between Thursday, March 6 - Monday, March 13, 2007 will be assessed a penalty fee of one-half the registration fee. Cancellations received starting Wednesday, March 14, 2007, will result in no refund.
