Kimberly A. Green, Executive Director:
Kimberly works directly with the Board of Directors to oversee the accomplishment of the NASDCTEc and National Career Technical Education Foundation (NCTEF) vision/mission and goals. Working with the Board, she helps set the direction of the organizations, execute the strategic plan and ensure the integrity and vitality of the organizations.

Dean Folkers, Deputy Executive Director:
Dean oversees the accomplishment of the National Career Technical Education Foundation (NCTEF) vision/mission and goals, specifically managing the governance of the Career Clusters Initiative. Dean works with the Board and Executive Director to help set the direction of the organization and execute the shared NASDCTEc and NCTEF strategic plan and ensure the integrity and vitality of the organizations.

Karen Hornberger, Finance and Administrative Associate:
Karen manages financial operations and human resources tasks as well as provides administrative support to the Executive Director, Board of Directors and NASDCTEc/NCTEF team.

Ramona Schescke, Member Services Manager:
Ramona organizes periodic webinars produced by NASDCTEc; in addition, she coordinates the planning and execution of the annual meetings and the Career Clusters Institute.

Nancy Conneely, Public Policy Manager:
Nancy develops public policy advocacy relationships that support the organization in meeting established goals and objectives. She actively advocates positions on the Hill that promote NASDCTEc’s priorities.

Erin Uy, Marketing and Communications Manager:
Erin develops and implements marketing and public relations plans that encompass strategies to educate and promote the overall mission of the organization as well as inform product development and marketing.

Kara Herbertson, Education Policy Analyst:
Kara gathers, conducts, analyzes and communicates relevant research, information, best practices, trends and federal and state information relevant to the organization’s priorities and beliefs, including Career Clusters. She also develops resources, materials and on-line content in support of the organization’s policy, advocacy and communications efforts.
